Sertorius1 -> Reloading events (2/26/2011 2:38:54 AM)

Is there a way to take the events on the editor from an old scenario and reload them to the revised version? Somehow I got these messed up for the new version. It seems that there is a keyboard trick.

Thanks.

6.1.4 Scenario Editor Hotkeys
F6 - Saves the current Scenario’s Event List as a specialy-formatted
text file.
F7 - Loads a specialy-formatted text file as the Event List of the
current Scenario.

Thank you, Pz Abt. 653.

You got it. And to refresh an old post about this same thing, with F6/F7 you can also save a 'blank' event list for later use, if you are into that sort of thing.

That worked like a charm.

One more question please, Pz Abt 563. Is there a keyboard trick to make the values set for the supply points show up? Better yet, where are these keyboard tricks located if that isn't too much to ask.

I'll settle for being able simply to be able to see the rating for a supply point. Thanks.

No there isn't. The value is shown in the editor as the percentage, and in game it is shown as the value (but only if New Supply Rules are On). If New Supply Rules are Off in game, you can click the 'Current Supply View' button to view the value (actual value, not percentage).

Open the Manual and search for Hotkeys. That will bring up the list for those in the game and in the editor. Cut and paste your favorites to separate document, then print it out and keep it in a safe place, somewhere that your wife, kids and dog won't find it.

Once again, I thank you Pz Abt. 563.

I'll do just that. A bank safety deposit box should be the ticket. [;)]
