I recently had two axis divisions surrounded and forced to surrender during blizzard.

A turn or two later, two divisions have shown up on the western edge with no MPs that I presume to be the reforming units.

They are both now like 95% back up to TOE but are still 0MP a few turns later.

Is this WAD? If so, when will they be ready to roll?

Oh' just tracked it down in the manual = they are frozen for six turns after reappearing

As opposed to being frozen for 20 turns during the winter. [;)]
