Nomad -> Japanese player needed for a DBB scen 28 game (3/13/2011 2:09:59 AM)

I would like to start a new game as Allies using the DBB version 4 scenario 28. I am open to a discussion of any house rules and/or first turn rules you would like to put on the table. I will put only one house rule at this time.
House Rule #1 restricted LCUs must have their HQ changed before marching them across a national border.
First turn rules:
1: Allies cannot make any new TFs on turn 1.
2: Allies may not change any orders for units or bases not attached to a Chinese HQ.
3: Allies may give orders to TFs that are formed at the start.
