Senno -> RE: Something out of whack with the Red Air Force in the 1942 start (3/13/2011 8:36:19 PM)

They had a huge pile of warmaking capability. And what they didn't make, lendlease sent. I've read that Sudebaker became synonomous for "truck" in Russia in the 1950's. (That ever popular book Absolute War, Chris Bellamy, pardon my poor citation. PDH will be along to berate me properly later.) They just had a truly huge Air Force. No bones about it. If you have the feeling that the Soviets have "to much", and you are in "big trouble", then the Devs have nailed it, as far as I am concerned. That's why I play 1941 GC. To win before 1942. I seem to be failing at that goal currently, though.
