Lower Resolution for Netbook (Full Version)

I've got a small netbook that I'm loading older games into
CMBO, Steel Panthers
But the minimum height of the screen is 600pixelsd giving me 1024x600

EIA:NW has 1024x768 - I can load it but can only see the top portion (5/6)
I want to get at the clicky goodness down below

Does EIA:NW have a windowed mode?

Unfortunately, no. I am using DirectX Exclusive mode (Non-Windowed) with the intent of making sure the map drawing and scrolling did not get choppy (It was a bit choppy on Win98SE). The current graphical advances make this a non-issue and maybe a windowed version can be done, it's just a matter of time management.
