Why arent the HE rounds in version 7.0 killin infranty? If there is a way i kan change this plz tell me.

what kind of HE rounds? Certainly 155 mm arty is killing infantry in 7.x

You need to upgrade to 7.1 as one of the major fixes included the proper splash damage routine to inflict damage to surrounding units not hit directly from HE rounds and other large caliber weapons.

You can also crank up the "Whiz Wheel" in the preferences screen "Artillery vs Soft" and/or "Artillery vs Armor". That makes a difference.
