Haven't played AtD2/ DotD for a while. I attempted to open it today from the splash menu & can't open it. Any suggestions?

Got AtD/2 open from the DotDonuts game menu. Strange behavior. Hmm...

Can't open Kharkov exe file regardless of what I do now.

Why would updating my graphic drivers make the exe work? It worked with my old drivers when I played it about a year ago. All other games work just fine including ones from matrix (new & old) & others.

Nope. I tried various variations on the 'run as administrator theme' & could not get Kharkov, Disaster on the Donuts to open. It opened once & ran but then I came right back after closing & can't get it up again (reminds me of another part of my life but I digress).

I am not willing to go through the hassle of updating my graphics drivers when EVERYTHING else works perfectly on my Falcon NW rig & SSG's games worked fine before. I am not really sure I would get into playing them again. I wanted to look at AtD again.

But it is still a pity...

I have to agree, its a shame you got nobody from SSG or Matrix to help. I saw this thread several weeks ago but didn't check it out. I figured somebody would help.

Ongoing saga of DotDonuts on my hard drive: I had it up for a short time after my last post but then it again failed to open. I then gave up completely but just yesterday thought I would try again & it has been up & rock-stable. I cannot figure it out. It is a miracle!

The graphics are plug-ugly after playing others but I may read the manual & give the thing a go again. I am sure it will grow on me.

Well, it has been a month or more & DoDonuts opens & works just fine. Go figure! I wish I knew what happened. My OS is bewitched. Must have been a windows issue.
