So I'm in Feb '42, and all my RR brigades have been busy repairing the network that has been liberated during the blizzard offensive.
All well and good, but it seems (I haven't checked individual units) that when they run out of railroads to repair they return to the Front HQs, instead of the Army HQs they were attached to in the first place.....
Problem is that I'd like to have those brigades back in the armies to help digging in for the spring offensive bound to come.
The game is 'at' my opponents at present so I can't check, but IIRC my Army HQs are locked while the Front HQs are set to 0 support. So presumably the support-units try to return to unlocked HQs.
But if that's the case, then locking the Front HQs won't help either, since the brigades will simply filter all the way back to STAVKA.
Anybody know what's going on, and if it can be avoided?
