Hi mates,
the manual says:
22.2.2. RANDOM WEATHER DETERMINATION TABLE
For random weather, a die(11) is rolled by the computer and the modifier for each weather zone is added to determine the weather for the turn per the below table.
The following exceptionswill occur when using random weather:
There will be at most one snow turn per weather zone in December and January.
...
Question is: Does this mean that there might be one snow turn in December AND another one snow turn in January? Or does this mean that there will be only max. one snow turn in the whole period from 1 December through 31 January?
