Saw that a RN CV had a withdrawl coming. Sent to to SFO with 2 DDs to get them ready. Had TF set to auto disband, which it did. At the end of the turn it applies the update, sends the CV to the shipyard, and noe it cannot be set to a readiness level so it can withdraw!!

Any way to force the issue?

Not without a save there isnt.

Like a normal save? Ive done that and it hasnt worked.

You have to go back to the turn that you disband the CV and make sure that upgrades is off for that ship before you disband it.
