According to the manual, Chinese units that are destroyed reappear in 30 days with 1/3 TOE representing unlimited chinese manpower. Does anyone know whether the Chinese units come back with 1/3 of their heavy weapon TOE's (mortars, artillery and MMG's) when they reappear?

Yes, it varies but approximately.
