4.5 bug? (Full Version)

Hi, I upgraded to 4.5. I started WatchWord Freedom again, and when setting up my forces, the buildings in the map don't appear. Also some hex are just blacked out, like rivers. Sometimes, if I look at a units info, the main menu on the right disappears! I've tried four time to play and each time something else goes wrong. The last time I set up half my guys, then quit deploy, but the "set up/auto deploy" menu was missing!! Huh?

Well my friend, it seems you are missing some shp files!!! I assume everything worked ok before? Also, you probably did but, delete steel.prf file? You didn't delete any shp folders or anything, just dl'ed the upgrade, and installed to either the main directory, or a temp, making sure that if you used the browse method to change directory, that you took off the xtra 'Steel panthers world at war' on the end of the string? I just tried the campaign and did not have this problem, Toey. It must be as the Warhorse has suggested. I also strongly recommend that you delete your steel.prf file from your save directory. The game will make a new one when you start it back up again. Also try closing the game and rebooting your computer. Let us know if these ideas help you, please? I re-booted and nuked the steel.ptf file and everything seems to be working now. Thanks guys!
