just a small glitch, nothing serious:

As a quick workaround try this:
1. Copy & rename your "generic.at2" file.
2. Click "load scenario" & load your copy of the generic.at2 file. Click "edit".
3. Click "Res" & in the "researchfields" scroll down to line 121.
4. there you should find the Katushya II. Click on it.
5. On the right side next to it more options should now pop up. Go to line 4 called "PreReq"
and change the settings to 120.
6. Save your changes.
7. If you generate a new random game use "your" generic.at2 file and this issue should be solved.
