I set my level bomber to night missions (as read in the manual) to suppply my 'ordes' of partisans but after many turns they are still waiting for, and the scenario is ended...

Am I missing something ?

For partisan supply, supposedly you should put transport and level bombers in VVS bases, set to night missions. In addition, supposedly if that is not "enough" level bombers from other bases will be used if they are set to night flights. That said, I have done all of this in my GC and see VERY few partisan supply flights, much much fewer than in an AI GC I previously played. I wonder if something is broken?
