Play against the German ai on hard. That's what I would recommend if you can so easily beat them so early.

That island has a port at Kuressare.  The computer, playing either side, has shown the ability to evacuate units in Dunkirk sized operations.

We have the save now and it does repeat (although with the latest version I only had about half of the units warp out). We'll have Gary look into this as it is not WAD.

there are only three ports: tallinn, parnu, and Kuressare. I took all of them

I tried again, found that as long as I isolate the peninsula, Ai will jump out

Meh -- forget the AI... play a person :). We don't have UFOs or warp drives. Wish I had some helicopters though for airland battle ;)

Is this another example of warp out? GC vs. AI. The pocket in the middle had ZOC's and at least half a dozen Soviets units all got out to easily?

This turned out to be because the AI was assuming that units in beachhead supply were being treated as if they were in full supply. We've made a fix for that so without a port they will not be able to get out. That won't be in 1.04.15 which should be posted soon, but will be in the next version we post. Thanks for the save.
