I think that these screens will illustrate the problem better than a thousand words: 1st step: USS Grayback is coming back to ressuply after a minelaying mission. The bug already happened at least 4 times since the beginning, I just didn't realize till then, just had a couple doubts (there's something like 10 turns between each mission because of its travel time to the minelaying area. As you can see, the mine capacity is already way too important (that's 120 mines for a single ship of the Gar class!!)
