Quick rundown from the game you looked at Pavel. April'44.
Zero available He-11H3(R), Ju-88(R), Ju-87(R), Ju-52(R), BF110E-1/U1(R), BF-109E-3(R), Potez-63(R), Blenheim(R).
According to production, a total of 48 109 G-2, 40 HS-129, 15 Fi-156 have been exported up until now to Rumania.
Total production for Rumanian crap planes is: 1 IAR-81B/week, 2 IAR-39/week, 1 SET7K/week = 4 planes / week = taking damaged planes into account this figure is practically zero.
Meanwhile, I have 300+ 109 G2 in my German pool that are not used, 1700 G-6 in the German pool as well (still produced), plus hundreds of other planes like BF-110 that are not used by any German units. E.g. the obsolete 110 E-2 I have 300 of, not used by Germany for a long time.
=> This means that almost every Rumanian air group I have, have zero planes. Bomber and fighter squadrons have zero planes available for all types when trying to manually change.
Some Rumanian bomber squads even seem to come using SM-79 as default but this is not even produced (zero produced since 1939 when production allegedly starts, factory stays at zero capacity).
This stuff is really obvious so please have a look at these "features" :)
