I'd just wanna know which scenarii and campaigns are designed for beginner player.

Try out the tutorial scenarios first, them move on from there

Read the manual that comes with the game, it's in the start menu.
It will guide you through the tutorial scenarios.

After completing them & learning how the game works, you can play any.

Then, don't neglect to learn to play with Command & Control ON.
That's when the game really shines and is more realistic.

mine didn't work UNITIL I upgraded to windows 10
