Bucks -> Bug/Crash/It won't work, queries (5/15/2011 8:03:39 AM)

G'day All, It's been said before and I'm only reinforcing the advice and pointing out my observations. If you have an error report, difficulty in running the game or other issue. Please ensure you provide as much information as possible when you post the issue to the forum. I'm often left pulling my hair out when I want to help, yet I'm left frustrated by a complete lack of relevant information. Questions/statements like: A.> The game doesn't run... (There's probably a reason why, but don't blame the game, some of us have been running this program for more than 15 years, yes back when Windows 3.1 was brand new...) B.> My aircraft get shot down... (It's a combat sim, that happens...) C.> I can see all the units in a scenario. (Try building one when you can't) D.> I can't "see" what's shooting at me! (The scenario designer did a good job or you need to practise more...) The above are just examples of how I read some of these queries. I'm more than happy to help here with general game questions as time permits. There are a few of us associated with the development of the game that are happy to help. I'd like to point out it's a free service (support) and it's mainly undertaken by people who are doing it to help you all and don't get paid to. As such asking for reasonable reports with sufficient information to make a reasonably educated guess at what the issue is, isn't too much to ask is it? Thanks in advance Darren
