Saburo Kurusu -> The secrets of resource flows..... (5/15/2011 5:42:07 PM)

Hello guys,

I'm playing my first grand campaign ever as Japan in Scen 2 and it's February 1942, under game version 1.0.4.1106i. From day one, I constantly have been transporting huge amounts of resources with large convoys from China to HI. Now Port Arthur (port 9)and Shanghai (port 7 and expanding) have run dry. Fusan also is port 7 and expanding, but absolutely nothing shows up there. Instead of that, the only port on the continent which shows an accumulation of resources is the rather tiny harbour of Keijo in Central Korea, which has size 4.

I do not intend to build this one up, or use it in any way, so how can I influence the resource flow to get to the point it should, and that's definetely Fusan?
Thanks very much for any hints and tips!
[&o]

Cheers

Saburo -

I would suggest that you patch your game with the latest Beta Patch from the Tech Forum. A switch has been added to the Base Menu, that allows you to stock - pile supply, fuel, resources or oil at the base - and prevents other connected bases from moving your carefully accumulated stores elsewhere.

this link: http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=2729580

will connect you with the Beta thread, please read the first post by michaelm who lists the changes with each version of the beta. The actual beta download link will be at the bottom of the first post.

Do hope that this helps, Sir. If I am off track there are other very knowledgeable Gents who will give correction as needed.

Mac
