I noticed this in one of my PBEM game where I am playing Russian Supermen and had to move factories from Kaluga. I didnt think anything of it.
I noticed it again when I was fiddling around in a solitaire of the GC41 scenario.
No idea if this is in any way significant, but figured I'd report it as it seemed odd that the Armaments Factory Points weren't tallied togeather and listed as a single count of 8.
