1.) As far as i know it is currently not possible to reduce Forts for non Base defenders. Is that true, cause that would mean that it is close to impossible to defend a units which is besieging a heavy urban Hex and has lvl 6 forts.
2.) If i premature disband an units an receive PPs for it. Do i keep the benefits as pilots/planes back to the pool (if possible) ? If i do not accept the PPs and disband them manually i see the message that pilots/planes go back to the pool.
