re-downloading the game (Full Version)

It seems that some of the data got corrupted while I was moving my game to another PC. Is there a way to re-download the game? I have the extended download service bought, but i can't seem to find the place to re-download the game.'

Follow the FAQ in the Support section of the website. There you can get a helpdesk ticket for a Plimus re-download.

If you have ordered with Digital River you can use the "Find my Order" function and re-downnload very quickly.

I don't exactly know what you meant by :-

You can't just copy and paste the Install Folders between computers because registry entries have to be made.

Do you have the installer saved as a backup somewhere? Sometimes people do.

Thanks, I didn't realise that I could do that with the "find my order" button. I still had a few months left and I'm redownloading now.
