There is a major question in our teamplay game that requires an answer. We need to know when the invasion of France, the Low countries, and even Denmark and Norway is permissible. The scenario description announces no required theater options. The historic date for Weserubung was announced. It came and although no Danish nor Norwegian units were encountered, continued. What did happen was that all the invaded countries, for whatever reason, activated and announced, though no theater option to invade appeared or was announced. The conclusion has been that their activation was the beginning of the invasion, as would certainly be the case if the Allied player was playing the PO. But this game involving 12 players would like to know before proceeding.
