marjur -> Campaign for North Africa 40-43 - question (7/22/2011 4:40:10 PM)

I'm at the beginning of Campaign for North Africa 40-43 by Bob Cross At the beginning when Italians capture their objectives (i.e. El Hamra, Safafi and Sidi Barrani) they're placed in garrison deployment and there is a ceasefire. On turn 25, there's O'Connor's Raid that automatically cancels the cease-fire. What's your understanding of the house rule - If the Commonwealth player wanted to attack earlier (i.e. before turn 25) can they attack the Italians at any moment (e.g. turn 8, 11, 14, etc) or do they have to wait for a theatre options to appear that allows cancelling the cease-fire? It's turn 8, and the Commonwealth forces don't have any theatre options available. Will there be any? Can they just attack at will regardless of the theatre options or do they have to wait for a theatre option to appear to cancel the ceasefire?
