I always have "advertisement" in the header, and "spam" in the report.
Sometimes there's 4 or 5 spamposts so I copy "advertisement" (because I type it wrong every time... [:)] ) and paste it in the subsequent reports I make.
Blasted spammers. [:@]

spam posted in the header and spam post in the text works for me. Or the other way around.
