We have all these econ phase warnings on buying new corps (when in most cases there are no new corps available). What we don't have is a warning that you havn't spent your manpower or money yet. It is very easy to overlook a minor free state. It would be nice to have a warning mentioning that you have not spent any income from a particular free state yet.
