I am not sure how things like halftracks are individually represented, or wether or not units will have a set established TOE that they work toward filling. I would guess that they would continue with a system of replacements based on supplies, equipment avalible as well as possibly limits. Of course rear areas will have greater troop increases then frontline, due primarily to the fact that battle attrition is not in rear areas, but the question really stands as to the limit of replacements. Could you reinforce a division that suffered 50% casualties within a short period of time or do you have to rely on limited growth (ala PacWar)? One thing that I would like to see is to limit replacements to units. I have occasionally gotten into trouble in PacWar where a unit receiveing replacements eats up all of the supply at a base, which was needed to keep readiness high because the unit was in combat! I would like there to be something like WIR had, where you can limit the priority of replacements, so as to lower that of frontline units (so they don't eat up supply).
