turn 51 6/4/1942 mud in all soviet zones, yet according to the manual May 1 -June 19 odd turns are clear,even turns are mud. Am I missing something?

6/4/42 is a turn with an even numbered date.

It's not the turn number, but the turn's date number that determines whether the weather is mud or clear for those using non-random weather.
