Hawawaa -> Redownload Both DW and Expansion (7/30/2011 12:40:38 AM)

Earlier I was try to play a new game of Distant worlds (expansion) and it would crash everytime when I tried to launch the game. So I decided to uninstall both games and remove any leftover folders. I checked on my drivers and then I went to my account to redownload my game.

Problem is that I get no link to redownload my registered games and I get a error in my orders to redownload the expansion in the download link. Need some help please.

Also previously I have had no other problems or crashes, so maybe a new patch did something... not sure?

Hi Hawawaa, try to contact Matrix directly or open a ticket with them; it should speed things up, this is a recurrent issue for several players.
