I´m trying pick support units from STAVKA, but it always cost 1 AP. It´s the Northern front (attached to STAVKA, by the way). STAVKA is at 8 hexes, without problems of ZOCs. I´ve tested it locking and unlocking STAVKA and Northern front, but didn´t work: always 1 AP. When in Northern front, I click on "Assign/form", but appears the window "Pick support unit type" (any reference to other HQ or STAVKA). When I pick in one of the support units (Available), then it appears in Northern front, and disappears from STAVKA, but it cost to me 1 AP. Please, could anyone help me?

Yes, it always costs 1 AP to 'pull' a SU from an HQ - even STAVKA or OKH. It's only when you 'push' a SU from them that you get the free transfer. I know it's kind of inconsistent, in terms of design, but that's the way it works.

Oh, thanks. The manual is not clear. Now it works.
