Playing the p7 beta, noticed that air units set to train for low level naval attack gain skill for regular naval attack regarless of the altitude set. Previously if set to less than 5000 feet they would gain low level skill. Is this intended?

I noticed the about p3 or so, still the case with p7.

IF this is intended, how does one train for low level naval attack now?

Attack bombers train under 6000' as Low Level, other planes train under 2000' as Low Level.
Been that way for awhile with the Betas.
