Nik, can you load my updated WitE manual PDF (US Letter sized) to your Kindle?

Is that readable at all on it?

You gotta be joking mate, after WITP (especially WITP AE), WITE is child's play.

Small scenarios are VERY useful as learning tool, though.

I was thinking the same thing. WITP-AE is much more complex, and there are so many hidden "rules" in that engine, I still don't know them all after 6 years.

One of the things I also like about WITE is that you can finish a game in a reasonable amount of time; like, 1 year.

havn't tried. The PDF reader should in theory be able to load it. Right now i browse the manual from my work computer....taking the new game in small doses.

Do like I did, read every 4th word. That way the manual is cut down to size and I figure I didn't lose too much information.

its the WitE manual EBOOK version dated 12/1/10

There is a smaller manual thats only a tenth of the size. The former version is 20MB in length.

Certainly immersing in the game is easier than WitP....i'm halfway through Road to Minsk....but obviously there's alot going on under the hood that i'm only just starting to scratch the surface about. Havn't even tried re-orging of building units yet.
