Charles22 -> Why You Reactionary! (1/1/2001 9:46:00 PM)

I've noticed that while in deployment, that my support forces have a 'react' rating of 99, while none of the core forces do. What is this? I notice they also come out with very high orders (10). Can anyone tell me how you build orders? I look at my campaign core which had nothing but decisive wins in four battles and none of them have more than three orders. I used to see these numbers get higher and so I ask if they ever do get higher anymore, and if so, then isn't that making CC quite difficult, or are order maximums higher in the later war years (I would think that A0 should be able to build 10 orders at least)? Oh, one last thing. In deployment a platoon's kills are shown. Just what consists in a kill? I see some platoons that might be accurate, while others are way too low (engineers very definitely get 'kills' for example, not just abandoned tanks). Does the kill total not work for platoons and only correctly tallies on the individual unit screens? [This message has been edited by Charles22 (edited January 01, 2001).]

It only shows kills for teh x0 unit of teh platoon, to see all of them you have to look at each unit but itself... Haupt

Hauptmann6: Thanks. Any clues, anyone on units starting off with 3 or less orders and not gaining more after four battles? BTW, I saw another thread that spoke of company units would go recon. I tried this, and all you need to do is pick one company of anything and all of your units will have 10 orders whether they're a part of that company or not. I would really like to know what that 'react' thing is for support.
