htuna -> What is the best Android readingPDF reader? (8/24/2011 2:54:26 PM)
Hi All,
I know before there was a thread on PDF reading for manuals.. And GoodReader was recommended for Itouch/Ipad (was an excellent suggestion, I love it).. But I just ordered a Toshiba Thrive, so wondering which is the best PDF reader for Android.. Looking forward to throwing those WITP, WITE, UEIII, PoN manuals in there, so I can browse while playing..
Thanks in advance
Charlie

I can't say I've experimented much, but there is an Android version of Acrobat available direct from Adobe, at:

I've used a number of pdf readers with my Motorola Android based phone. RepliGo Reader is inexpensive and works pretty well...and I've also used the "Documents to Go" suite of programs which has a pdf reader in it...but it's more expensive...
Those are the two best I've found so far...
Regards....

One thing I'd like, is on my wife's Netbook I installed Ubuntu.. and the Reader that comes with that.. when you re-open the document, it opens up on that last page you were on previously.. I really like that feature..
Searching on the internet, I saw a lot of people seem to like EZpdfReader... I'm surprised GoodReader didn't make a Android version, since so many people like their ITouch/Phone/Pad version..

I ended up getting EZPDFReader and I highly recommend it.. it lets you finger swipe to turn the page.. like Kindle Software.. and the documents do re-open on the page that I last read.. so I really like that.. Anyone looking for the best Manual reader for an Android tablet, this is the one!
