Excuse me if I insist, but before 1.04 I donīt remember things like this NKVD unit. Are you sure that this is not a bug?

Don't be so sure its false. I have been encountering NKVD regiments with 11,000 men!

If you play as Soviet (is turn 1), you can see the right values: 1=1. 50 rifle squads and 9 NKVD squads.

This is very high detection level caused by FOW. It was discussed in some of the threads in more detail.
