Hello there
I’m a WitP (and UV) veteran, recently returned to WitP AE (after a long break) and I’m currently in May ’42 in my first PBEM with AE.
I’d like to start a second (and last one) PBEM. While I’ve considered – briefly ;) – playing with Japan, I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m really an AFB.
Hence I’m looking for an opponent in scenario 1.
I believe that I’m a good player, but not “hard-core” like some forum veterans. I can guarantee pretty much always (95% of the year) at least one turn per day. Often two should be possible.
I’m not big on house rules, but I’m of course amenable to discuss them.
With regard to the first turn I propose two options: a) we go with historical first turn, to begin indeed “historically” or b) we both play with hindsight and the first turn is free for both players (the Allies are however still hampered by the December 7th surprise): port attacks, TF creations, carriers hunting … all free.
I’m on Central European Time zone and could be nice to have someone in Europe as well.
I‘m currently using P6 beta patch. I tend to wait a while before upgrading to make sure it’s stable.
