firehall -> RE: PZO crashing with Beta patch (9/27/2011 5:32:52 PM)

It's happened again while playing the same scenario. Each time it's crashed I've been late in the scenario, today it was turn 17 or so. I confirmed the resolution selected in configuration menu is the display's native resolution. I also lowered the texture quality to medium, detail quality was already medium). In the game I turned off grass. Shadows are off and infanntry is limited as well. I played a campaign and more of PZ Kharkov and a few games of PZO in the spring on this PC but hadn't touched it all summer until I installed the patch this week. I could try to recreate the crash with a fresh install without the beta patch. Rick, you suggested going to the tutorials. Is there something special in the tutorial or did you just suggest it because they are less CPU/graphics intensive? Thanks, -Sean
