Connarius -> DW crashes at startup (10/23/2011 8:13:03 AM)

Hello all
if attempting to start the game the first time I get the following message by my system :
Distant Worlds has to be closed due to an error. (roughly translated from german)
these are the informations it wants to send to Microsoft:
EventType : clr20r3
P1 : distantworlds.exe

P3 : 4e01f54c
P4 : distantworlds
P5 : 1.0.7.1
P6 : 4e01f54c
P7 : ad6
P8 : 8
P9 : system.io.filenotfoundexception
I doubt that it will be a savegame issue, because theres no savegame atm. its a new installed game, even tried to fix it by a patch from your side (the update function hadnt seem to work ?! had got it by downloading it myself)
Anyone any idea ? thx in advance :D
