Just wondering how well this game runs on Windows 7 64-bit. I heard some people complain that it doesn't operate in full screen...

The original sales version runs on a partial screen on my computer (Win7, 20" widescreen monitor. The patched version plays full-screen.

In my case it's true full-screen. Can't speak for anyone else.
