Funny enough, the buyers wrote it into the contract. They're moving from a loft apartment in Minneapolis out to the 'burbs. They'll need a bunch of stuff to set up a 'real' household. They had the common sense to ask for the snow blower.
Of course, that old b**** of a snow blower is cantankerous as hell and 13 years old. I'm ready to shoot it myself and get a new one. But personal property is always sold in an 'as is' condition. I just need to decide if I'm going to warn them ahead of time. [sm=00000613.gif][;)]

Where in the Cities do you live anyway? I know a lot of NoDaks down there. What you get for having a Dakota County.[:'(]

We're having them over this weekend to show them around the property and review some of the features of the home. Them thar city folk need them a reality check.
I'll also show them how to prime the snow blower, set it to choke, fruitlessly yank on the starter handle, cuss like a sailor and kick the thing in the carburetor until it finally sputters to life.
ETA: North of St. Paul, just north of White Bear Lake, south of Forest Lake where my in-laws have a condo on the lake.
They seem to always have a Great high school hockey team.
