According to kirk23 he thought the patch would be ready "mid November all going well!" and after that had passed he wrote "The patch is being tested as we speak, all going well patch should be available by end off November fingers crossed!" Apparently the developers have more important things to work on, such as the Mac and iOS porting. According to Lord Zimoa, "We are working very hard on the Mac and iOS porting, fixing reported bugs etc... for the porting we also need some new features and adding this back into the PC version will consumes time. So it will be a while until the next patch comes out..."
