OK - having bought the game yesterday, installed it, deinstalled it, and reinstalled again i am running into more problems... [:(]
i wanted to modify a ship design, so i tried and failed (turned off automation, etc). So i rewatched nine of the "Let's Play RoTS" and finally found the ship redesign in part 9. In it, Das says he double-clicked on a component to add it... i've tried double clicking, double right-clicking, hitting the arrow that looks like it would add the component... no dice. i can't add a component.
What am i doing wrong??[&:] Suggestions?
EDIT: figured it out - apparently you must copy a design over in order to modify it. [:)]
