I have two questions.

Before I build the Rusan T.I. which gives +100% high tech research bonus,
my empire reached research natural limit for current strategic value.
So wonder bonus does not exceed the natural limit I see ... ?
Or is this a bug maybe?

I got the 50% development bonus though.
I read on one of old post that development does not go over 150% but I have now
such as 155%(+50%). So the limit is higher than 150%?

The tech bonus seem to work well in my games.

Concerning the development bonus, what I have seen in my games is that often it is the best bonus of one specific type which applied. For example wonder bonus at planet do not stack, it is the best which seems to be applied.

I have seen screens with 185% development planets, which means that there should be many dev bonus type (wonders, racial ressources, etc..)

And for the Rusan wonder, it is giving its effect now. Seems like it takes some time.
