Giving entire fleet to unload the troop does not seems to work currently.
By the way, I found a work around to do so, it seems to woks given that planet
has star port with enough docking bay.
Give a fleet unload troop command with right click.
Then before ships reaches the target colony, disband the entire fleet.
Fleet is gone but they still will do unload troops.
If there is not enough docking bay or docking bay are too old slow in transfer,
compared to ships who got ordered to unload, they might get not succeed.
