How about the Top Ten reasons I like to play TOAW, from the home office in Boring, Maryland:

10. It has two names, so if you can't pronounce TOAW, you can say OPART.

9. Its almost as good as Donkey Kong.

8. Its more fun than learning the Metric System.

7. Nobody gives a ratsass that I do.

6. It keeps me from from driving my Ford Fiesta.

5. It keeps my mind off Pamela Anderson.

4. It keeps my thighs flabby.

3. It keeps me from pursuing that nasty 'Quit Smoking' resolution.

2. I enjoy the company of the OPART Cheerleaders.

1. Ants, Gameyness and RBC's !!

Thanks to David Letterman, and remember - no wagering.

Ignore this post

former sailor -> RE: My 10 TOAW scenarios designs (1950-Present) (12/17/2011 4:22:50 PM)

Does this mean there is a DNO scenario updated for the current version of TOAW III?

1_Lzard -> RE: My 10 TOAW scenarios designs (1950-Present) (12/18/2011 1:03:23 AM)

Not so you'd notice. Sorry.

Danial McBride ( the designer) has left us, I'm afraid, therefor there aren't many of his scenarios that have been upgraded.

Sux!

[:(]

Kurt, I hope you mean he left the TOAW community and not something more sinister.[&:]

Silvanski -> RE: My 10 TOAW scenarios designs (1950-Present) (12/19/2011 3:12:12 AM)

Top 10? That's a tough one, there are so many great scenarios... at the moment having a blast with a pbem of Tane Woodley's "American Front 1940"

That's really too bad. Daniel was arguably the most talented scenario designer for this game.
Would have been nice to at least have his scenarios updated to 3.4

1_Lzard -> RE: My 10 TOAW scenarios designs (1950-Present) (12/20/2011 6:52:36 AM)

I agree! It really would have been nice if he'd finished his DnA scenario (at least), but so it goes....

tigersqn -> RE: My 10 TOAW scenarios designs (1950-Present) (12/20/2011 11:35:20 PM)

I hesitate to even ask, but would there be any chance Daniel would make his scenarios available again and allow the community to update them ?

1_Lzard -> RE: My 10 TOAW scenarios designs (1950-Present) (12/21/2011 11:27:16 AM)

Couldn't tell you, he's only available when he feels like it........

docgaun -> RE: My 10 TOAW scenarios designs (1950-Present) (1/26/2012 2:20:37 AM)

Well Daniel, has his unstable days, at best
My favorite senario is Fire in the east by far
