I have changed the 1.02B file I previously offered at the download site. The new file has an executeable that intalls the 1.02B modification. Also, there was a problem with replacements in the East Front campaign not being recieved for both the German and Soviet player. I have uploaded the fix to that. All you have to do is download it and copy the two files into your East Front folder.
