Hi,

Is it possible to increase planet's quality higher than start quality, or it is possible only restore start quality after disaster and bombing?

Thanks

Terraformers only restore the quality of planets that have been hit by disaster or bombing.
Terraformers will not increase the planets base quality. So no building terraformers planets that have below 50% quality and making them profitable.

You can edit your race in a mod file and give them a race event... something like "The Great Terraforming effort" a racial wonder. This race event, triggered by the included switch will increase the living conditions by X%

Colonization technology is effectively terraforming, as it allows you to colonize worlds that would normally be completely inhospitable for your species. The new terraforming stations recover damage to a planet, but can't raise its quality above the starting maximum (though this may be possible in the future).

I'm guessing of a bonus to the quality of a planet.
10-30% bonus to planet quality, raised by more advanced colonization techs.
I currently build terraformers to every one of my important planets just in case.
