How to switch the screen resolution to 1920x1980? I can not understand. Please describe in detail.

Read the whatsnew.pdf in your game folder.

The native resolution for your monitor must be able to display 1920x1980.
You need to change the properties of your desktop shortcut to the -px -py values described in the whatsnew.pdf.
This video will show you how to get to the properties (although is really about the beta)

Yes, but the image is stretched. How to make whatever it was normal in high definition?

Take all the parameters (switches) out of the shortcut.
