Intelligence agents traits do not work properly. Intelligence agents only get the traits that give the the +10% to most of their skills hen they are generated. If an agent gets a trait during the game he is assigned the trait with the same name from the list for other characters (In the screenshot the sober trait gave him +10% to existing skills instead of the bonuses shown in the pop-up) I know that the traits for intelligence agents and the traits or other characters are different traits although they share names so perhaps the algorithm that shows the traits' description is comparing names instead of numbers.

PS I hope you can understand that wall of text, I'm sure I made a hell of mistakes in it [:D]

There is no bug here, but one point to note is that the Intelligence Agent versions of the traits "Sober" and "Addict" only apply to *existing* skills (i.e. natural skills not from traits).

Thus in your example the Sober trait does not apply its bonuses for Sabotage and Concealment because the character does not have these natural skills.

Admittedly this is confusing. So in the next update we will improve these trait descriptions to explain that these apply their bonuses only when the character already has the relevant skills.
